Relax, Take it Easy

Hiiiiii! :)

Last week I took a break from work and ventured up north to a cottage with my family. We have been going here since I was 3 and I love it.The weather was a tad chilly, and I was sick for the week but I still enjoyed myself. I love going up north, it is just so beautiful and relaxing there.

The first morning I woke up at 6:30am and it was so beautiful!

 One day when the weather wasn't as nice we visited a store that had a wonderful fairy garden in the back. I spent a lot of time taking pictures there:P

At the end of the week, I drove home, picked up a different suitcase and went to Toronto for the weekend with my friends.On the Friday we went to see the One Direction concert which was AMAZING!We were on the floor but with everyone jumping around I didn't get many pictures.

 We stayed in Toronto for the weekend at the Trump hotel which was incredible! We explored the city and went into some shops (although I didn't buy much). It was an exhausting weekend, what with all the excitement and walking (oh so much walking!) but it was a lot much fun.

Now I'm back to work, reunited with my pets (who are more adorable than ever) and I'm starting to prepare for school (yuck), but I had a wonderful vacation with amazing people whom I love!

Some Good Music

Hiii:)

So today I thought I'd share some songs that I have been listening to a lot recently. It is currently midterm time at my university, and I find that listening to music is a great way to take a break from my studies. I can't listen to it while I study because I become so focused on the music instead of my work and I get nothing done. So instead I listen to it when I need to take a breather. I have narrowed it down to 15 songs (which was actually very difficult) and here they are:

Favourite Perfumes

Hiiii! :)
Today I thought I'd share with you what my favourite perfumes are at the moment. My perfume collection is a bit ridiculous so I narrowed it down to the three that I have worn the most in the last little while. It actually was very easy picking the first two, but I did have some difficulty narrowing it down to three! Here they are:

The first one that I chose is Peace Love and Juicy Couture by Juicy couture.

 I have had this one for a while and I absolutely love it!! It has a light, floral scent and it just reminds me of sitting outside in a beautiful garden. I find it very refreshing. Now I have heard that a lot of people don't like this particular Juicy Couture perfume but I can't imagine why.Anyways I like it:P This is one of my favourite perfumes and I think the bottle is so gorgeous as well.

Peace Love & Juicy Couture 50mL

Another perfume that I had to pick is Our Moment by One Direction.

 This one is fairly new, so I haven't had it for too long (only a couple weeks) but it is amazing!! It is very different from the Juicy Couture one but I love it just as much! It is a mix of both fruity and floral scents, and it lasts a long time. I have been wearing this to school, to work, anywhere really. I also think that the lid is exquisite! This is definitely my kind of perfume.

Our Moment By One Direction 100mL

 I would have to say that the Juicy couture and 1D fragrances are the two that I have been wearing the most. I do however like numerous other perfumes. It was difficult to pick the third one because there are about three or four other perfumes that I do wear a lot and I had trouble picking just one. Finally I decided on Midnight Fantasy by Britney Spears.

This perfume is an older one (I think it came out in 2006/2007) but I just got it a few months ago at Shoppers Drug Mart. It smells fantastic!! It has such a lovely scent I just want to eat it! It smells like berries but it's almost a candy-like smell. I do find it rather strong though so I only use a teensy bit at a time.

So Much Excitement!

Hiiiii!

I cannot even express how excited I am for tomorrow! Not only is it my birthday, but my two friends and I, as well as my sister, are going to Toronto. We are having a nice lunch when we get there and we are even staying in a hotel overnight (and it has a pool!). What I am most excited for however is that we are going to see One Direction in concert! Yes, I am a Directioner, and I cannot wait to see them live!

I haven't actually been to a lot of concerts so I am definitely looking forward to this. We bought the tickets a while ago and it's just hard to believe the moment is almost here! 

My friends and I decided to get crafty and make shirts for it, and they look awesome!

We each put a little iron on picture on our right sleeve but we all have a different one :)

 We also put our favourite number and favourite member on the back

I am excited for not only the concert, but also to just be able to spend my birthday with such amazing people who are very dear to me. It is just so difficult to put into words how much I am looking forward to July 10th 2013, it will definitely be a day to remember.
